Berkeley ACM SIGGRAPH’s LAIKA Visit and Reel Review

Dave Vandervoort and Anna Kvorning will be coming to visit from LAIKA on March 2nd. This a recruiting event and they will be reviewing reels. An application form for students to send in their work ahead of time is available, as they will be reviewing most of the reels before the event.
Dave Vandervoort will be giving a talk on the art of story and Anna Kvorning, Lead Recruiter at LAIKA, will be there to talk about internship and full-time opportunities at LAIKA. The event will take place at California College of the Arts on March 2nd in Nahl Hall at 6:15pm.
About LAIKA: LAIKA is an animation studio specializing in feature films. Travis Knight serves as President and CEO of the company, which is owned by Nike co-founder and Chairman Philip H. Knight. LAIKA has a 30+ year animation history presenting the artistry of award-winning filmmakers, designers and animators.
