Fifth Iberoamerican Conference on Complexity, Informatics and Cybernetics
The purpose of the Organizing Committee of the Fourth Ibero-American Conference on Complexity, Informatics and Cybernetics (CICIC 2015) is to bring together academics and practitioners, researchers and experts from all three areas to submit the results of their research and experiences in a disciplinary and multidisciplinary forum for the purpose of an exchange of ideas and opinions.
